We will NOT be responsible for LOST or STOLEN orders. Be sure to check the mailing address before checking out. Contact us and we can submit a claim, but expect the process to take a few weeks. In MANY cases they refuse to refund, if that is the case we MAY do a PARTIAL store credit as COURTESY. But we cannot be held responsible for the purchaser submitting the wrong address or the package being stolen from your porch.
- Requests for refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, as we want you to be happy with your purchase. With that said, we will not refund or exchange a product you selected and placed an order for simply because once you received it you did not like the scent. I have scent descriptions on the listings to refer to.

Our products are handmade, so aesthetic variations may occur between two or more of the same items. Our look is meant to be "Rustic".
We strive to use the purest quality ingredients, and make every attempt to stay as organic as possible.
